The bookings are possible per week from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00

27-06 a 04-07 week 27  Eur.2.420,-

04-07 a 29-08 week 28-35 Eur.3.030,-

29-08 a 19-09 week 36-38 Eur.2.420,-

- Prices 2027 per week

- Compulsory final cleaning Eur.175,-

- Quickcleaning once a week (floors and bathrooms) and change of bed linen, free of charge from a stay of 2 weeks.

- Linen package with sheets of Egyptian cotton for 6 persons Eur.175,-
(2 bathmats and per person: 2 facial towels, 1 small towel, 2 towels, 1 beachtowel and bedlinen)

- Wifi, gas and water are included. Electricity consumption only by more than 25 kwh / day Eur.0.50 per kwh.

- Payment conditions: At booking 50% and the remainder, including the deposit of Eur.500,- , at least 2 weeks in advance. Payments by bank. If there are no damages, the deposit will be returned within 1 week after departure. Credit card payments may be possible with 4,5% administration costs.

- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
90% if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the Check-in Date
60% if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
30% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
Corona (Covid 19); If Spain cannot be reached at the start of the rental period from your place of residence due to travel restrictions imposed by the government, you can cancel or book to a later time for free.

- Children must have a swim diploma. The pool is not fenced.

- Pets are not allowed.
